The book has exhaustive and lucid coverage of periodontology topics with wealth of illustrations and diagrams which dental students need to know. Undergraduate segment is the Primary Market for this title. After the 11th ed when lot of content was put online the sales had dropped. The second SAE involved a thorough mapping of content vis-a-vis UG curriculum, at the same time retaining the flavor of original Carranza. Some topics not required by UG were put online, whereas, relevant portions were added from 10th and 11th ed as well. Key features: Complete alignment vis-à-vis UG curriculum requirements.
